Tables: zooming and copying rows with calculations

Hi there,

In the below picture, you can see a table in which I want to track the minutes I spent on a particular activity. Each row represents a week (i.e., this week is #35), and at the top you have the days of the week. The entries are minutes spent on the activity on that day, and the final column adds up the minutes using the calculation function, so that I have the total minutes spent for that week there.

There are two issues I run into:

  1. When I copy this week 35 row to create a week 36 row, I have to manually reconnect the block references in the calculation, otherwise changes to the week 36 entries also change the week 35 entires and vice versa. Is there any way to avoid this?
  2. Is there a way to “zoom in” on the table so that I can see it without the horizontal scroll bar?
